We are an independent directory service. We are not a marketplace, developer, publisher, or authorised distributor for any software or application listed on this Site.
3 Third-Party Content & Intellectual Property
All app names, logos, icons, screenshots, trademarks, trade names, and brand identifiers displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Softwares Directory makes no claim of ownership over any such material.
Content sources used by this Site include, but are not limited to:
- Google Play Store — App names, descriptions, icons, screenshots, ratings, and developer information are sourced from Google Play. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
- APKPure — APK files and supplementary metadata may be sourced from APKPure. We are not affiliated with APKPure.
- Individual App Developers & Publishers — All application content (name, branding, code, artwork) remains the intellectual property of its respective developer or publisher.
Metadata (descriptions, ratings, screenshots) is reproduced for informational and indexing purposes under the principle of nominative fair use and to enable users to make informed decisions about software they may download.

4 Android APK Downloads
Important: Softwares Directory hosts APK files solely for the convenience of users who cannot access the Google Play Store in their region or who prefer a direct download option. We do not profit from the redistribution of these files.
Regarding APK files hosted on this Site:
- All listed Android applications are, to the best of our knowledge, free-to-download applications available on the Google Play Store or APKPure.
- We do not host paid applications, cracked applications, modified APKs, or applications with removed security measures.
- APK files are stored on our third-party file host (SpaceByte) and streamed directly to the user's device through our download proxy.
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure APK files are unmodified from their original published versions, but we cannot guarantee the safety, integrity, or up-to-date status of every hosted file.
- You download and install any APK file entirely at your own risk. Always verify files with your device's security tools.

5 User-Submitted Content (Reviews)
Users may submit reviews and ratings for software and Android apps listed on this Site. By submitting a review, you:
- Confirm that the review is your own honest opinion and experience
- Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and moderate the review on this Site
- Confirm that the review does not contain false information, hate speech, spam, personal attacks, or confidential information
